My Personal Journey

My name is Christina, and my journey to fitness & health has been about healing and understanding myself.
After years of struggling with eating disorders and negative body image, I found my way through a combination of education, self-compassion, and practical knowledge. I’ve learned how to transform not just my body, but my relationship with it — and today, I can finally say I feel healthy, strong, and genuinely happy in my own skin.
